Need live music? We've got you covered

At Cut the Chord Entertainment, we believe there is no substitute for live music. An audience’s shared concert experience is like no other. When that magic is transmitted between an audience and a full symphony orchestra performing iconic music that defines modern generations, it serves as the soundtrack for some of life’s greatest moments – music performances. Cut the Chord Entertainment has a unique talent roster, all of whom are remarkably creative composers and arrangers, gifted singers, effervescent entertainers, and multi-instrumentalists. Some bring all of those skills to the concert hall and conduct from their instruments.

Most importantly, every Cut the Chord artist makes your orchestra the focus of their programs with dazzling arrangements that expertly give contemporary tunes a classical flavor, and seamlessly weave classical and contemporary music together, cleverly attracting and retaining new audiences to the symphony hall. With a former orchestra executive at the helm, Cut the Chord understands the financial, audience recruitment, and retention challenges facing orchestras of all sizes. Therefore, Cut the Chord offers these programs at a competitive price point compared to traditional Pops packages.

Cut the Chord also has access to a roster of hundreds of conservatory-trained classical musicians and conductors around the country who bring the sophistication of the concert hall experience to any corporate event, private party, country club, or event space. The same composers and arrangers who create show packages for orchestras can also write and arrange music to fit the theme of virtually any party or event, and the cost is comparable to most corporate party bands.

About Us

Cut the Chord Entertainment was founded by former orchestra executives who recognize that every performance is more than a concert. They are memorable celebrations for which music was the focal point, just like weddings, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, Celebrations of Life, and even corporate events. Through access to hundreds of conservatory-trained classical musicians and conductors around the country and partnering with composers and arrangers capable of creating scores to fit the theme of virtually any event, Cut the Chord set out to connect the world with music that defines the milestones in everyone’s lives, making the whole world a concert hall.

Cut the Chord also possesses a library of packaged orchestral performances that intentionally weave classical and contemporary music together, cleverly designed to attract and retain new audiences to classical performing arts. Understanding the financial, audience recruitment, and retention challenges facing orchestras of all sizes, Cut the Chord offers these programs at a competitive price point compared to traditional tribute show packages.
